Adrift in the Cosmos

Upon hearing that NASA was planning to abandon repair and maintenance of the Hubble Telescope, I was moved to picture the Hubble at the edge of the Helix Galaxy as it silently drifts beyond our earthly reach.

I created “Adrift” using my own dyed, discharged and painted fabrics; stitching the composition with special techno fabrics and holographic fibers.
